Level 1 Classes

Great for beginners who want to learn how to style their hair or their children’s hair in simple styles.
All classes come with a mannequin and supplies.
Ages 15 and up welcome without a parent, 10-14  with a parent. 

Level 1: Intro to Braiding & Twisting

 

 

Level One group classes that are perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics of braiding and twisting. The course has two classes: Braiding Basics and Twist Basics.

In Braiding Basics, you’ll learn cornrows and individual braids.

In Twist Basics, you’ll learn flat twists and two-strand twists.

$175 per class or

Level 2 Classes

Great for those who want to learn how to add hair with extensions to braids and twists. 
Prerequisite: Must have a basic understanding and braiding and twisting without hair added.

Level 2: Braiding and Twisting with Extensions

Level Two: group classes or that are perfect for those who are ready to build on their basic braiding and twisting skills.

In Advanced Braiding, you’ll learn knotless braids, feed-in braids,  and box braids.

In Advanced Twisting, you’ll learn flat twists with hair added and twists with extensions. Havana twists, Marley twists, passion twists, Senegalese twists, We will use different hair textures to achieve different looks.

FAQ

There are classes for every skill level! Level one is a beginner friendly series while level two is intermediate/advanced. Private classes are for any level who want targeted instruction in styling, business, branding, etc.

Classes are held in Towson, Maryland. Exact address is sent after booking. 

All classes can be secured with a $100 deposit. the remaining balance will be sent via invoice and must be paid 7 days before class.

No not at all. These classes are open to anyone who wants to learn. 

 Yes! Ages 15 and up and welcome without a parent. Age 10-14 are welcome with a parent in class.

Classes may be cancelled with at least 7 days’ written notice. Rescheduling requests must be made no later than 3 days before your originally scheduled class.

Group classes are small. No more than 10 students in each class.

Private coaching is great for those who would like to cover specific topics not included in group coaching. Book a private class consultation to discuss your goals. 

Mannequin, hair, and supplies are included, but feel free to bring anything else you feel will help make the class successful for you.
